Tarot Readings & Digital Products

Due to the personalized and digital nature of our tarot readings and downloadable guides, all sales are final and non-refundable once delivered. However, if you encounter any issues with your purchase, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to assist.

Physical Products (Crystals, Jewelry, Art, etc.)

We accept returns and refunds on physical items within 14 days of delivery if the item arrives damaged or incorrect. To initiate a return, please contact us with photos of the item and proof of purchase. Return shipping costs may apply.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel a tarot reading before it has been scheduled, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. Once the reading has been scheduled or delivered, refunds cannot be issued.
